How to Purchase

Products are purchased directly through dmzboutique.com using our online checkout.

Before completing your purchase, you will have an opportunity to review your selected products, quantities, prices, shipping costs and order information.

After an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

Some products are original or produced in limited quantities and may become unavailable once sold.

Where a product is made or produced following an order, this will be indicated where appropriate in the product information.

MDCI perfumes are subject to availability from the brand. If an ordered product unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Original and Limited-Edition Works

Some artworks offered by DMZ Boutique are original, one-of-a-kind or produced in limited editions.

Where applicable, edition information, dimensions, materials and other relevant product details are stated on the individual product page.

Product Images

We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately through photographs, descriptions and measurements.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, materials and, in the case of handmade or original works, the individual characteristics of the work.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed and confirmed during checkout when the order is placed.

Any applicable shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your purchase.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through the payment services available through our online store. DMZ Boutique does not require customers to provide payment card details directly by email or other informal communication.

Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and any payment received for the unavailable product will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including an obvious pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. This does not affect rights already acquired by the consumer under applicable law.

MDCI Perfumes

MDCI perfumes purchased through DMZ Boutique are sold through DMZ Boutique and fulfilled and shipped directly by MDCI on our behalf.

DMZ Boutique remains your point of contact regarding your purchase, including questions concerning the order, delivery, withdrawal or return.
