Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

If several goods from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item is received.

You may notify us using the online withdrawal form below, the Model Withdrawal Form provided on this page, or another clear statement communicating your decision to withdraw.

The notification must be sent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Returning the Goods

Goods must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.

Please do not return goods before receiving the appropriate return instructions. Because some products are shipped directly by our fulfilment partners, the return address may differ depending on the product.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, unless we inform you otherwise.

You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered are not refundable.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

For photographic prints, posters, canvases, clothing, accessories and other artworks or products, this exception applies only where the product has been produced according to an individual customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Choosing a standard size, format or option offered in the shop does not by itself make a product personalised.

Standard products offered through the shop, including original artworks and standard photographic or printed products, remain subject to the statutory right of withdrawal unless another statutory exception applies.

These rules do not affect your statutory rights where goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
