Returns & Refunds Policy
We want every order from DMZ Boutique to arrive as expected. This policy explains how we handle returns, damaged or incorrect products, and refunds.
Please note: We currently ship only within Slovenia.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Returning a Product
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please contact us before sending the product so that we can provide the correct return address. Some products, including MDCI perfumes, are shipped directly by our fulfilment partners and may therefore need to be returned to a different address.
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless we inform you otherwise.
Returned goods should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, is defective, is not the product you ordered, or is otherwise not in conformity with the contract, please contact us at info@dmzboutique.com and provide your order details and information about the problem.
Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs of the product and packaging to help us assess transport damage or another problem.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by the rules governing voluntary returns or withdrawal.
Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, refunds are made in accordance with the conditions and deadlines described in our Right of Withdrawal policy.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, size or version, you may return the original product where you have a legal right to do so and place a new order separately.
Custom and Personalised Products
Products made according to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
The applicable conditions are explained in our Right of Withdrawal policy.
Original Artworks
Original paintings and other unique artworks are handled with particular care.
Purchasing an original or one-of-a-kind artwork does not by itself remove a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal. Any applicable statutory exception will be stated clearly before purchase.
