DMZ Boutique currently ships only within Slovenia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Products Produced and Shipped from Slovenia
Our photographic prints, original paintings, neurodivergent art, posters, canvases, hoodies, tote bags and other non-perfume products are produced in Slovenia and shipped within Slovenia.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown during the ordering and checkout process before the purchase is completed.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, production requirements and delivery service.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or there is an unexpected significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
MDCI Perfumes
MDCI perfumes are fulfilled and shipped directly by the brand on behalf of DMZ Boutique.
We remain your point of contact for your purchase. If you have a question about your MDCI order, please contact info@dmzboutique.com.
The current shipping fee for MDCI perfume orders within Slovenia is:
Simple Presentations (75 ml bottles with tassel): €35
Silk Road bottles: €35
Full Presentations with bust stopper: €35
These shipping rates apply only to deliveries within Slovenia.
Orders Containing Different Products
Products may be produced or fulfilled from different locations. An order containing different types of products may therefore arrive in separate shipments.
Where applicable, shipping costs will be displayed before the order is completed.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dmzboutique.com. We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
