Throughout the Website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DMZ Boutique.
These Terms of Service govern the use of this Website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to within them.
DMZ Boutique currently sells and delivers products only within Slovenia.
1. Online Store
Products available through the Website may include photographic prints, original artworks, neurodivergent art and related products, posters, canvases, clothing, accessories, perfumes and other items displayed in the shop.
Products may be produced, held or fulfilled in different locations. MDCI perfumes are fulfilled and shipped directly by MDCI on behalf of DMZ Boutique.

2. Orders
Orders are placed through the online checkout at dmzboutique.com.
Before completing an order, you are responsible for checking the products selected, quantities, delivery information and other order details.
After an order is placed, an electronic confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the unavailable product in accordance with applicable law.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud or misuse of the Website.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Original artworks and certain other products may be unique or available only in limited quantities.
Products produced following an order may require additional production time.
MDCI perfumes are subject to availability from the brand.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs and other information are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, materials and the individual characteristics of handmade or original works.
Such minor variations do not limit any statutory rights where goods are not in conformity with the contract.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Euros (€).
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and confirmed during checkout when the order is placed.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately before completion of the purchase.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and payments are processed through the payment services available through our online store.
6. Shipping and Delivery
DMZ Boutique currently delivers only within Slovenia.
Photographic prints, original paintings, neurodivergent art, posters, canvases, clothing, tote bags and other non-perfume products are produced in Slovenia and shipped within Slovenia.
MDCI perfumes are fulfilled and shipped directly by MDCI on behalf of DMZ Boutique. DMZ Boutique remains the customer's point of contact regarding the purchase.
Products within the same order may be delivered separately where they are produced or fulfilled from different locations.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online have a statutory right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable consumer law.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made according to the consumer's individual specifications or clearly personalised.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
8. Returns, Refunds and Non-Conforming Goods
Information concerning returns and refunds is provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If goods are damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, the consumer retains all rights provided by applicable consumer law.
These statutory rights are separate from the right of withdrawal.
9. Original Artworks and Intellectual Property
Purchase of an original artwork, photographic print, poster, canvas or other creative work transfers ownership of the physical item purchased but does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the underlying work unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Images, photographs, artworks, designs, texts, graphics, logos and other content displayed on the Website may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Website content and purchased creative works may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
10. Website Use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the Website's security or operation, introduce malicious software, obtain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, collect information unlawfully, or use the Website in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

The Website may use or link to third-party services necessary for functions such as website hosting, payment processing, delivery or other services.
Third-party websites linked from our Website operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or operation of independent third-party websites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections applicable to them under consumer law.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where necessary, for example to reflect changes to our Website, business practices or applicable law.
The version applicable to a purchase is the version in force when the order is placed. Changes made later do not retrospectively alter an already concluded purchase.
